Do you deliver?

YES. We will deliver to wherever you are. All we need to know is the time and the place and we will be there with your food. We can either deliver pre made, or arrive with all of our gear and set up on site.

How much notice do you need?

Generally only a couple of days, assuming we aren't already fully booked. Gift boxes can be ordered online and will be delivered the same day. 

Do you supply all of the equipment?

Yes. We supply all of the boards and stands, knives, ramekins and any other equipment relevant to your booking. We don't supply plates or cutlery unless requested and these are at an extra cost. All we ask is that you clean our equipment and return it to us within 3 days. We send out little cards with all of the return instructions. 

Do you travel?

Yes, we can travel out of the Taupō area, we charge 0.79c per kilometre. 

Where are you based?

We have a council certified home kitchen and we operate out of Huka Street in Taupō.

I have dietary requirements.. 

No worries! We can cater to most dietary requirements. 

Can you stay and serve?

We absolutely can. We can staff your event for as long as needed, whether it be just for the food or to tidy up in general. We have staff to service any event.

What if I need to cancel?

We charge a 25% deposit on booking to secure the date, this is non-refundable.

Can I pay my booking off?

Of course. We welcome payment plans should you need them. We can work within your budget and are happy to accommodate a booking being paid off over time, as long as it is paid in full BEFORE the day.
